• Bill Hathaway
Bill is the Founder and President of MoreSteam.com. After starting his career in the banking business, Bill worked for Ford Motor Co. for 10 years, then held Executive postions at Raytheon and Mansfield Plumbing Products (from cars to major appliances to toilets - not a good trend). Bill earned an undergraduate Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Management degree in Operations and Finance from Northwestern University.

• Smita Skrivanek
Smita is the Principal Statistician at MoreSteam.com. She earned an M.A.S (Masters in Applied Statistics) degree from Ohio State University and a Master of Science with a major in Statistics from Bombay University, India. While studying at OSU she taught undergraduate statistics as a lecturer and as a consultant in the school's Statistical Consulting Service office. She also taught for four years (1996-2000) as faculty and visiting faculty at various prestigious colleges in Bombay, India after earning her Master of Science.

• Mo Klaus
Maurice Klaus is a registered Professional Engineer and certified New Product Development Professional. He holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Maurice became involved in process improvement during his 14 years of work in the automotive industry where he held positions in design engineering, program management and general management. Maurice’s areas of specialty are Design for Six Sigma and integrating Six Sigma with the Balanced Scorecard.

• Tim Kelley
Tim Kelley is the V.P. of Marketing and General Counsel at MoreSteam.com. Tim started his career as a manufacturing engineer at General Electric's Aircraft Engine Group, before changing gears and entering the legal profession, where he was a patent attorney and partner at the firm of Michael, Best & Friedrich in Milwaukee, WI. Tim holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Law Degree from Marquette University.

• Teresa Jostes
Teresa Jostes is a Master Black Belt with more than 10 years experience in Six Sigma. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Terri first became involved in Six Sigma during her 12-year career at General Electric. While there, she held positions in quality engineering, operations management, and as a Six Sigma Black Belt. For 3 years, Terri lead the Six Sigma deployment at CBC Companies in Columbus, OH where she gained expertise in applying the Six Sigma methodology in a transactional environment. In May 2005, Terri launched Data Driven Decisions, a Six Sigma consulting firm.

Mike Carnell is a co-founder and principal of CS International, a full-service Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise Provider. Mike is a veteran of Motorola, where he worked for 12 years. He subsequently participated in the Six Sigma deployments at Allied Signal and GE. Mike has been published in ASQ Six Sigma Forum Magazine, contributes articles to iSixSigma.com, and authored the book "Leaning into Six Sigma".

Mary Beth is a 6-Sigma Master Black Belt at Ford Motor Company. She also holds several certifications from ASQ, including CQE, CRE, and CSSBB.

Rini Das is a Principal of RD Management Consulting and Pentacle Partners. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive deployment experience at Johnson & Johnson, Northrop Grumman, Eli Lilly and Alliance Data Systems. Rini also teaches in Lean Six Sigma blended programs offered by The Ohio State University and the University of Notre Dame.
