Brainstorming

Go Back

Definition

A technique used by a team to generate a large number of ideas in a short time. To be most effective, guidelines should be discussed with the team before beginning brainstorming

The Rules of Brainstorming are:

No idea is a bad idea (no criticizing while generating ideas).
Spelling doesn't count. Whether you are having one person record, or writing ideas on sticky pads, it's the idea that counts!
Build on each others ideas.
